Ingrid H. Turner is a 6-time published author, poet, and speaker. 

Her years as a somatic practitioner, facilitating one-on-one and group mentorship, and her own remarkable story has gained her countless hours inside the very deepest, darkest, and most miraculous moments of the human experience. 

Ingrid founded and ran the Bhava Spiritual Mission (2017–2026), a non-denominational church organized around helping people move from fear to love. She ran The Bhava Ministry, a school for leadership. 

She is the creator of the Soulmatic Renewal method, a somatic technique that helps people heal a lifetime of trauma and clear the limitations we internalize from our childhood. She has helped countless people become free and confident, and watched them build the life they want - not the life others wanted. Soulmatic Renewal has been refined through thousands of hours of client practice, and she now teaches this method exclusively inside The Bitch Syndicate.

Her innate ability to synthesize grief, longing, and the joy of humanity has sharpened the intense realism of her poetry and fiction, and she helped her become the dynamic speaker and teacher she is today. 

Ingrid’s poetry has been translated into Chinese and Hebrew, featured in the World Poetry Congress anthology (WPC-5), Rendition of International Poetry Quarterly , and 30 features on Atunis Galaxy Poetry. 

She has adapted her poetry into Blues and country songs with musician Mallory Trunnell of Crimson Calamity. 

Her debut literary novel “A Mosaic of Desperately Wounded Parts” is expected to hit shelves early 2027.

After years of dealing with body issues and chronic fatigue, Ingrid was finally diagnosed with a rare and devastating genetic heart condition. In 2026, she publicly disclosed her LMNA cardiomyopathy diagnosis. The diagnosis, the grief, and ultimately, her triumph, is a white paper for the effectiveness of her somatic and mindset tools, and her conviction that you can have everything you want with the right healing, mindset, and tenacity - even with a chronic illness.
